How to Track Your Order
1. Find your order confirmation email sent to your registered email address after payment.
2. Locate your unique order number and tracking number in the email (the tracking number will be sent via a separate shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched).
3. Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the official website of the logistics carrier to view real-time delivery updates.
Order Status Explanation
- **Processing**: We have received your order and are preparing it for shipment. This usually takes 1-3 business days.
- **Shipped**: Your order has been dispatched, and the tracking number has been sent to your email. You can now track the delivery progress.
- **In Transit**: Your package is on the way to your destination. International shipments may go through customs clearance during this period.
- **Delivered**: Your package has been successfully delivered to the address you provided.
What If I Can't Find My Tracking Information?
- Check your email's spam/junk folder, as shipping confirmation emails may be filtered there.
- If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking number, please contact our after-sales team with your order number.
- If the tracking link shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately, and we will follow up with the logistics carrier for you.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, international shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: customs clearance delays, extreme weather, public holidays, or logistics carrier disruptions.
